Seven Principles Workshop

This workshop is based upon the highly respected and widely read The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work by John Gottman and Nan Silver. This workshops is ideal for couples who are newly married or married for years, couples considering marriage, couples living together, and any couple committed to building a healthy foundation for themselves. Spend time together learning the Gottman concepts and how easily you can begin using these in your relationship to reconnect and deepen your understanding and appreciation of one another! Concepts include:

*deepening love maps of one another

*fostering fondness and admiration

*learning how/when/why to turn towards one another

*the importance of accepting influence form one another

*how to solve the solvable problems

*how to overcome the gridlock issues

*create shared meaning

Workshop cost is $465 per couple and will be led by a Seven Principles Gottman Leader. This includes a copy of the Seven Principles book, 2 companion workbooks, a set of Gottman Love Map cards, a set of Gottman Open-Ended Questions cards, 2 personal journals, 2 pens/highlighters, folder with handouts, and light refreshments.
