Let's Talk About What's Bringing You Here

You don't need to have everything figured out before you reach out.

You may know exactly what you want help with. You may be trying to decide which type of therapy makes sense. Or you may simply know that what you're doing now isn't working.

Send me a message and tell me a little about what's bringing you in. From there, we'll determine the best next step.

You bring the problem. We'll figure out where to start.

    What Happens Next

Once I receive your message, I'll reach out so we can talk briefly about what brings you in and what you're hoping to accomplish.

This gives you an opportunity to ask questions, get a sense of how I work, and determine whether working together feels like the right fit.

If we're a good fit, we'll talk about scheduling and the best place to begin.

For couples considering an intensive, a phone consultation is usually enough to determine whether that format makes sense.

You don't need to know exactly what kind of therapy you need before you contact me. That's something we can figure out together.

    Fees & Practical Information

    Individual Therapy$200 | 55 minutes

    Couples Therapy$285 | 55 minutes

    Extended Couples Therapy$430 | 90 minutes

    Gottman Relationship Checkup$39

    Half-Day Couples Intensive$1,200 | 4 hours

    Payment & Insurance

Embrace Relationship Counseling is a self-pay practice. Payment may be made by credit card, HSA/FSA card, or check.

I do not bill insurance directly. If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Coverage and reimbursement vary by plan, so I recommend checking directly with your insurer.

    Good Faith Estimate

If you are not using insurance, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of your care under federal law. Additional information about your rights and the estimate will be provided as appropriate.

    Ready to Get Started?

You don't need to write the whole story.

Tell me a little about what's happening, whether you're looking for individual or couples therapy, and anything you think would be helpful for me to know before we talk.

I'll follow up so we can determine whether working together makes sense and what the best next step might be.

Starting the conversation is enough for now.
